Refund Policy

WE WIll OFFER YOU 100% REFUND IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

1) We are not able to satisfactorily fix your issue at first instance and you want a refund.
2) Our support finds that you have hardware issues beyond our control.
You will still get a free diagnosis of your system and devices and our analysis of possible issues.

WE WIll OFFER YOU PARTIAL REFUND IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

 

1) You want to cancel your subscription in between. There will be one time cancellation fees plus you will be charged $99.99 for every support requests that you have made till now.

2) You want to cancel your one time repair fees. There are no partial refunds in these cases. In extreme cases, we will be refunding you the difference of the amount you paid and our setup fees ($99.99).

REFUND PROCEDURE

You need to drop us an email at refunds@techunited247.co. We will get back to you in 2 business days maximum (excluding weekends). The refund might be reflected in your credit card statement between 5 days to 51 days depending on your credit card statement cycle. It is beyond our control. We typically process refund within 7 working days.

Important Note: We do not take refund/cancellation requests over phone/fax for security and audit purposes. Please make sure that if you want any refund or cancellation you are emailing your request to us at refunds@techunited247.co and keep a copy of the sent email with you. Refund requests over phone/fax are not accepted or entertained at all. Please understand that this is not negotiable.

Kindly note that we have a fixed procedure for refund, if you simply call us and follow that procedure we assure you of a fair transaction. We keep call recordings of all our transactions and authorization info with us. If for any reason you feel you need the authorization information let us know and we can provide that to you.
